the thing about Wiki's is they can be edited by users.... This particular edit was done by someone named Alaris. Is he a dev? wouldn't appear so from things I saw (he seems like a knowledgable player but not a supreme being sorta thing)

I still have a feeling it will be thursday afternoon. that way if theres any major glitches they can take care of em before the weekend crowd comes along.

lol well they did do the last major addition on a logical thursday...

as for this most recent little patch... what performance problem?? I have an nvidia card, vista, beta drivers, and AA cranked to 16xHQ and it ran perfectly... Only problem I have is with crappy server connection problems

mmk looked up Alaris on here and he's just an academy page like me. So I think its safe to say that the guildwars wiki update isn't official.

The 4.20.2007 Release date is a lie.

1. I've seen no proof that it will be on that date. The only proof is that gGaile said the update will be within 1 month from 3.20

2. Made unofficially.

3. Would make sense to do it today, Thursday 4.19. THey always do Major updates in the afternoon. If they did it on 4.20, then it would be after the beginning of the double points event, and they need a client update for that.

hehe maybe thats what will make hard mode hard... give you a feature yet give no hint of how to use it, and the challenge is to figure it out! oh yes I like it... most mischievous!
